How do I place my order?

Choose the item (s) you want to buy and add it to the cart. Choose the Finish Purchase option. If you are a registered client, please login, otherwise register on our site. Tell us the shipping address you want, choose the payment method and finish your order.
You will receive an email with the order form in your mailbox. When we confirm the availability of your item in our warehouse you receive a second email with this information.

In case of bank transfer we ask that you send us by e-mail the proof of payment and that you indicate the order number.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. When finalizing the order, select as Shipping address the Sportino store where you want to receive it. To communicate the arrival of the order we send an SMS, which you must show in the act of taking in store.

Can I return my order?
Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your order. They are made through previous contact for customer support (by phone or e-mail) and sending the article to be returned to the billing address, always indicating the order number.
You also have the option to return in store, however the refund is made later by the online store, so you must contact us previously, for customer support, indicating the number of the order to return.

Regardless of the choice for the method of returning the item(s), the refund is usually carried out as soon as possible, however the maximum period for the refund to be made is 15 days from the date of receipt of the return of the item(s). s) article(s).

Can I exchange articles?

Items can be exchanged through directly at a Sportino store (except Outlet), for items of equal or greater value, having a period of 15 days to do so.

We do not make refunds at a physical store.

Is there a charge for returning or exchanging my order?
Yes. The return and exchange postages are the responsibility of the customer. You can send us your order by CTT. You can always choose to exchange your order at a Sportino physical store and you will have no costs.

How long do I have to pay for my order?

You have 3 days to pay for your order. At the end of 3 days, Sportino reserves the right to cancel the order.

Can I pre-book articles for online purchases?

We do not pre-book articles. It is Sportino's policy to maintain fair sales for each customer.

How long does it take to get my order?

Continental Portugal (Home and Pick Up points) from 1 to 2 business days
Madeira (Domicile) within 2 to 5 business days
Azores- S. Miguel and Terceira (Domicile) from 3 to 6 working days
Azores - Santa Maria, Faial, Pico, Graciosa, S. Jorge, Corvo and Flores (Domicile) from 7 to 12 working days
Store Pickup - Up to 5 business days

In periods of sales and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual

I am abroad, can I order?

Yes. The countries we ship to are Spain, France, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Austria, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Slovakia, Ireland, Italy and Estonia.
To know the times of delivery and the respective postage, consult the Shipping Table available on the website.

How can I track my order?

The items are sent with a tracking number to accompany the order. This number is sent via email and with it you can follow your orders in the link provided. Simply enter the code (tracking number) and you will automatically receive the information about the movements of your order, the location and shipping.

Is the stock displayed on the site general or just online?
The stock available on the site is general, corresponds to the stock of Sportino stores.

What is the difference between temporary and permanent registration?

In the case of temporary registration it is only allowed to make the order in question, being only valid for the same purchase. In order to place future orders and access order history we advise you to make a definitive registration.

How can I recover my password?

In the Login section you have the possibility to recover the password.
You will be sent an email with a link where you can create a new password and thus access the Sportino site

How do I change or cancel my order?

To change or cancel your order, please contact us by calling 262 835 124 (National fixed network call) / 963 993 113 (National mobile network call) or by e-mail at apoioaocliente@sportino.pt. In any of the means you must indicate the number of the order in question.
